This requires changing our view of science and teaching so that we work to educate young people to be able to take responsibility and develop and advance their society.Teaching strategies are means of thinking and analysis used by those in charge of the teaching process to facilitate the learner's task in understanding the educational tasks, as it is an interactive process between the teacher, the learner, and the subject. It relates to all aspects that facilitate the learning process, such as teaching methods and methods of stimulating learners' motivation and employing them in a manner that takes into account the learners' tendencies, desires, and aptitudes. This is based on the selection and use of available means and capabilities in the teaching process to achieve the desired goals.

It seems that interest in the teaching process has prompted those interested in the educational process to think about devising strategies that take into account all the data of the situation that will be dealt with, and since the overlapping of learning aspects with thinking is an important factor through which the initial specific information is provided with mental stimulation to expand the knowledge wave, then it becomes smaller and then expanded.
Wisam Shakir Rzaej* & Prof. Dr. Mohammed Muter Araak Copyright (c) 2023 http://zhyxycx.life/index.php/cjmg/article/view/487 Tue, 15 Aug 2023 00:00:00 +0000 PEDAGOGICAL CONTENT KNOWLEDGE (PCK) AND ITS IMPACT ON THE SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH FOR MASTER'S STUDENTS IN SOME FACULTIES OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS SCIENCES http://zhyxycx.life/index.php/cjmg/article/view/488
The current research aims to build a measure of educational content knowledge ((PCK), and to prepare a measure of scientific knowledge of scientific research methods and to apply these three measures to master's students in some faculties of physical education and sports sciences to identify the level of these standards among students, as well as to identify the correlations between the two measures. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the descriptive approach in the two methods (survey – correlation(As for the research community, it was represented by graduate students (Masters) at the stage of writing the research, from (9) faculties of physical education and sports sciences for the academic year (2020-2021) and (2021-2022). Number of roots, root canals and root canal configuration according to Vertucci classification were evaluated and analyzed statistically. Gender prevalence of root canal configuration was also evaluated.

Results: All the examined incisors had a single root. About 66.43% had single root canal, while two canals were found in 33.57% of the teeth. The differences between males and female and between central and lateral incisors were statistically insignificant (p < 0.05). Vertucci canal configuration types I, II, III, and V were detected, type I was the most prevalent (66.43%) followed by type III (30.2%), then type II (3.27%), and type V was found in only one case (0.1%). There was high degree of bilateral symmetry regarding canal number (89.12%) for central incisors and (88.84%) for lateral incisors.

Conclusion: In Karbala governorate, bouts 1/3 of mandibular incisors have two root canals with different configurations. This intricate process orchestrates a meticulous choreography, spanning the nuanced overture of donor counselling to the decisive denouement of blood release. However, within this carefully composed symphony, the emergence of transfusion-transmitted maladies, notably hepatitis B and C, imparts a disconcerting note to the harmony. These infections' escalating seropositivity during pre-storage screening injects an element of urgency into this narrative. Against this backdrop, our study unveils its exclusive goal: to illuminate the prevalence of ‘Hepatitis B virus (HBV) and Hepatitis C virus (HCV)’ within the select cast of BDs gracing the grand stage of a tertiary care centre's blood bank. The chronicle is scripted through a temporal window spanning from the inaugural month of January 2020 to the valedictory month of August 2023, firmly rooted in the geographical tapestry of Uttar Pradesh, India.

A compelling dichotomy takes centre stage within this tableau, meticulously curated from the medical annals of 2404 robust donors. The virtuoso performance of replacement donors commands rapt attention, claiming a resounding 96% spotlight, while the understated ensemble of voluntary BDs humbly contributes a mere 4% to the chorus. The discernible reverberations of this contrast resound with statistical eminence (p < 0.000485), painting a vivid tableau of significance. However, amid this symphonic choreography, a disquieting leitmotif unfurls. The prevalence of ‘hepatitis B and C’, once mere whispers within the score, crescendos into prominence in the annals of recent years. Their rising prevalence casts a contemplative shadow, an evocative reminder against complacency. As the study's final movement arrives, the crescendo recedes into a reflective coda. The evolving landscape of attitudes toward blood donation enriches the rural narrative, broadening the very canvas of the blood bank's domain. Nonetheless, this expansion is a double-edged sword, necessitating unwavering dedication to the vigilant overture of blood screening and the precautionary symphony. Only through this harmonious vigil can we hope to silence the discordant strains of transfusion-transmitted afflictions, thereby securing the rhythm of an era marked by safer blood transfusions.
Alka Upreti, Radhey Shyam Verma, Sanjeev Kumar Yadav*, Rinki Kumari Copyright (c) 2023 http://zhyxycx.life/index.php/cjmg/article/view/495 Wed, 30 Aug 2023 00:00:00 +0000 GENETICS RISK FACTORS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CELIAC DISEASES AND TREATMENT APPROACH http://zhyxycx.life/index.php/cjmg/article/view/497
Celiac disease is a complicated autoimmune condition were the immune system attack its own tissue when gluten was ingested with global prevalence in the general population is about 1%. This study aimed to investigate the impact of maternal iron status on neonatal outcomes in Eastern Uttar Pradesh, India, where IDA prevalence is high, intending to inform interventions for maternal and child health improvement.

Methods: A clinical cohort study was conducted from December 2020 to February 2022 at Sir Sunder Lal Hospital in Varanasi, India. Based on haemoglobin and serum ferritin levels, 359 pregnant women were categorized into anaemic (Group I) and non-anaemic (Group II). Clinical assessments, laboratory investigations, and anthropometric measurements were conducted to assess maternal and neonatal iron status and other relevant parameters.

Results: Group I (Anemic) exhibited lower haemoglobin, serum ferritin, and serum iron levels, along with higher TIBC levels compared to Group II (Non-Anemic). Anemic infants in Group I displayed lower haemoglobin, serum ferritin, and serum iron levels and higher TIBC levels compared to non-anaemic infants in Group II. Maternal folate and vitamin B12 levels were lower in Group I. Fetal growth parameters were compromised in anaemic mothers, with reduced fetal weight, Length, and head circumference. Positive -correlations were observed between maternal and infant haemoglobin and serum ferritin levels.

Conclusion and Global Implementation: This study underscores the importance of addressing maternal iron deficiency during pregnancy to improve maternal and neonatal health. Interventions targeting maternal nutrition and iron supplementation should be prioritized, especially in resource-limited settings. These findings have global relevance, offering insights into the Significance of early detection and management of maternal iron deficiency to enhance maternal and child health worldwide, particularly in underserved regions with high IDA prevalence.

Anubha Bajpai, Rekha Devi, Alka Rai, Rinki Kumari, Dubey GP* Copyright (c) 2023 http://zhyxycx.life/index.php/cjmg/article/view/498 Mon, 18 Sep 2023 00:00:00 +0000
