Abstract

Trisomy 21 is one of the most common autosomal abnormal hereditary diseases, and its main clinical feature is severe intellectual disability. Our hospital found a case of Robertsonian translocation caused by 14/21 unbalanced translocation trisomy 21 in the genetic counseling clinic. After three consecutive generations, 5 cases of 14/21 chromosome Robertsonian translocation were found. Chromosome test results
