Abstract

Habitual abortion is a common disease in obstetrics and gynecology, it refers to 3 or more consecutive spontaneous abortions, and now many studies also include 2 consecutive spontaneous abortions. The pathogenesis of this disease is related to many factors, such as abnormal reproductive organs, endocrine disorders, immune factors, infection and genetic factors. Cytogenetic studies over the years have shown that chromosomal abnormalities are one of the main causes of habitual abortion.
